IS RELIANCE WORLD PRACTISING CORRECT INDUSTRY POLICIES?

1.Reliance wbworld under Anil Dhirubhai Ambani group has Reliance web worlds and to get a kick start in arena had offered numerous schemes like life time internet hours purchased validity.

2.I was surprised that instead of following their correct industry practises felt that the life time validity for intrenet hours was a wrong decision and went back on their offer.


3.I am a victim of their plan as I purchased 50 hours plan but found that the plan had become Zero hours due to their policy update.

4.No response received from their customer care and thus I felt that can a company survive on false promises.Any other such incidents are welcome.
