Sensex is scaling new heights but certain problems can not be ignored which can induce a fall in stock market which are listed below:
1. India expected to grow at 8.6% instead of 9.4% in this fiscal.
2. Standard and Poors's has warned for next asset bubble in India and China.
3. US may grow only @ 1.8% instead of 2.8% in year 2008.
4. Auto sales has declined by 6% in volume in first half of 2007-08.
5. Credit off take has decelerated by 31%.
6. Rising rupee a concern for exporters.
7. Crisil has lowered India rating. For first time in last 5 years downgrades by Crisil has outnumbered upgrades.
8. 96% of Indians are out of stock market.
